Provider credentialing information: For clients engaging our credentialing services, we collect the information necessary to complete payer enrollment, including but not limited to National Provider Identifier (NPI), state license numbers, DEA registration, board certifications, malpractice insurance history, and work history. This information is collected directly from the provider or their authorized representative.
Automatically collected information: Like most websites, we collect standard technical information when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages, typically through server logs and analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries and provide requested consultations; perform credentialing and payer enrollment services on behalf of our clients; communicate with payers, CAQH, and government systems (such as PECOS and NPPES) as required to complete enrollment; send service-related updates about the status of an engagement; and improve our website and services.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use provider credentialing information for any purpose other than completing the credentialing and enrollment services our clients have engaged us to perform.

Provider credentialing information is shared only as necessary to complete the enrollment process — this includes submissions to insurance payers, CAQH ProView, CMS systems (including PECOS), state Medicaid programs, and NPPES, all of which is standard and required to complete provider enrollment.
We may share information with service providers who support our operations (such as form-processing and email delivery vendors) under confidentiality obligations. We do not share information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and provider information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, consistent with the sensitivity of the information involved. For clients engaging our credentialing services, we execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governing the handling of any protected health information (PHI) as required under HIPAA.
