Niyutsa Technologies provides healthcare provider credentialing and payer enrollment services, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, CAQH ProView management, commercial payer credentialing, NPPES/NPI registration, and related administrative services. Engagement of these services is governed by a separate signed services agreement between Niyutsa Technologies and the client; these Terms govern use of the website only, except where a services agreement expressly incorporates them.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems, interfere with the Site's operation, or reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

While Niyutsa Technologies maintains a strong track record and works diligently on every credentialing engagement, payer credentialing decisions are made solely by the payer, government agency, or CAQH, and we cannot guarantee approval, a specific timeline, or a specific outcome for any credentialing or enrollment application. Statistics referenced on this Site (such as approval rates) reflect historical performance and are not a guarantee of future results for any individual engagement.
Accuracy of Information Submitted
Credentialing and payer enrollment depend on accurate, complete, and timely information from the client or provider. Niyutsa Technologies is not responsible for delays, denials, or errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information supplied to us by the client.
