How Niyutsa Technologies pricing works

Niyutsa Technologies offers three straightforward pricing models. Adding one or two specific payers to an existing panel is priced per payer application. Practices with ongoing credentialing and re-credentialing needs use a monthly retainer covering unlimited applications. Brand-new practices get a single flat fee covering the full initial setup.

Per-payer pricing varies by payer complexity. Retainer pricing scales with provider count and payer mix. New practice setup covers NPI, CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid, and up to 8 commercial payers in one flat fee — additional states or payers beyond that are quoted separately. We confirm the exact rate for your situation after a brief intake call — never a guess.

What affects your credentialing quote

Number of target payers. Each payer application requires separate preparation and submission. Providers targeting the standard 6–8 payer mix (Medicare, state Medicaid, and 4–6 major commercial payers) fall at the lower end of pricing; providers targeting 15+ payers or every payer in a market pay proportionally more.

Number of states. Multi-state credentialing — common for telehealth providers — requires separate state Medicaid and commercial payer applications per state. Pricing scales with state count, though our parallel-submission approach means your timeline does not multiply the same way.

Provider type and specialty. Most provider types follow standard pricing. Behavioral health providers requiring MBHO carve-out credentialing, and specialty providers requiring additional board certification verification, may have modest additional line items reflecting the extra application complexity.

Group vs. individual enrollment. Group practices adding multiple providers under one Type 2 NPI receive volume pricing that is meaningfully lower per-provider than individual enrollment, since CAQH and entity-level setup is shared across the group.
